Overview
Nanhai Light crude is produced in the South China Sea and is loaded from a FSU (Floating Storage Unit) near Hong Kong. The cargo sizes range from 300 to 650 thousand barrels with a maximum ship size up to 110,000 DWT. Typically; the cargoes are sold with pricing based off of the APPI (Asian Petroleum Price Index) Tapis quotes. The production rate is approximately 100 thousand barrels per day.
