Overview
Northwest Shelf (NWS) condensate is produced in Northwest Australia. The cargo sizes range from 300 to 750 thousand barrels with a maximum ship size up to 110,000 DWT. The cargoes load from the terminal at Dampier. Typically, the cargoes are sold with pricing based off of the APPI (Asian Petroleum Price Index) NWSC quotes. The production rate is approximately 80 to 100 thousand barrels per day.
