owned and operated by Chevron Global Trading (a Chevron U.S.A. division) and, a
division Fuel and Marine Marketing LLC (a Chevron
U.S.A. division) (“Chevron”) and should not be confused with any other website
whether or not the word Chevron appears as part of the
domain name or branding. You are advised to check each page you visit on or
from the Site to determine whether you moved onto a third party website. Your
access to and use of the Site are governed by the following terms and
conditions (the “Agreement”). By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this
Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including
U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree to
this Agreement, do not use the Site.
1. ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS
Communications and transactions at the Site are conducted electronically. Chevron
may provide all communications, disclosures, and notices electronically
including, without limitation, in text on a web page or via email to any email
address you may provide. If you do not wish to deal with Chevron
electronically, please do not use the Site. All electronic records are deemed
sent when properly addressed and when they enter an information processing
system outside the control of the sender. All electronic records are deemed
received when the record enters an information processing system that the
recipient has designated or uses for the purpose of receiving electronic
records of the type sent, in a form capable of being retrieved from that
system.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Site currently provides users with access to information about Chevron
crude oil marketing. Unless explicitly stated in otherwise, any new features
that augment or enhance the current Site, including the release of new features
and services, are subject to this Agreement.
3. LICENSE TO USE THE SITE
Chevron hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license
to access and use the Site to obtain information about Chevron crude oil
marketing. Except for the license in this Section 3, Chevron retains all
right, title, and interest in and to the Site. Subject to applicable law, Chevron
reserves the right to suspend or deny, at its sole discretion, your access to
all or any portion of the Site with or without notice. You may not access or
use the Site or any portion of the Site if such access would violate any law.
We advise you to retain a copy of this Agreement. No material from this
site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or
distributed in any way without written permission of the copyright owner,
except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer
and produce one printed copy for your personal, noncommercial use only,
provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is
a violation of Chevron’s copyright and other proprietary rights. Permission
for all other uses of materials contained herein, including reproducing and
distributing multiple copies, or linking to any page at this site except the

For purposes of this agreement, the

environment is prohibited. All design rights, databases and compilation and
other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or
unregistered, and related goodwill are proprietary to Chevron. All
rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Chevron and its licensors.
In the event you download software from the site, the software,
including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and
data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are
licensed to you by Chevron. Chevron does not transfer title to the Software to
you. You may own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but Chevron
retains full and complete title to the Software, and all intellectual property
rights therein. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer,
disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form,
except to the extent permitted by applicable law and on giving Chevron prior
written notice of such activities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or
other proprietary rights and laws under both United States and foreign laws. All
trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names, whether registered or
unregistered, are proprietary to Chevron Intellectual Property LLC or to other
companies where so indicated. You may not reproduce, download or otherwise use
any such trademarks, service marks, logos or trade names without the prior
written consent of the appropriate owner thereof.

agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Chevron if in Chevron’s
sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this
agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this
site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or
otherwise. The provisions of this Agreement concerning site security,
prohibited activity, copyrights, trademarks, user submissions, disclaimer,
limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction shall
survive any termination of this agreement.

remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating

19. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Chevron may revise this Agreement at any time without notice. Although Chevron
will endeavor to highlight any changes to this Agreement, you should revisit
this site periodically to make sure you are aware of the most recent terms,
because they will be binding on you. Your use of the site after such changes
constitutes your agreement to such changes.
